Please don't expect a custom computer to be cheaper than a brand name computer, HOWEVER you will get exactly what you want in a computer, AND not a computer you can't update easily and with many components you don't like, don't want and will have to pay more to upgrade.
Note: In order to qualify to purchase OEM WIN98 w/2000ME upgrade coupon or Windows 2000 ME, you must buy a assembled or unassembled system which is a minimum of a case, CPU, motherboard and hard drive, or a motherboard or hard drive.
