Information Collection and Use
Lynn Computer Products is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. Lynn Computer Products collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card.
Order
In the order process, a user must provide additional financial information such as credit card number, expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties. The only exception is when processing your credit card information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. Sharing
We use an outside shipping company (FEDEX,UPS,USPS) to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Lynn Computer Products is a Sole Proprietorship and shall abide by all federal and state laws. Lynn Computer Products shall disclose any personally identifiable information when required to by law.

Lynn Computer Products’s website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. If you wish to have your financial information removed, at the time of your order you may opt to choose the feature listed which will delete your financial information upon completion of your order. Otherwise you may contact us at service@lynncomp.com or call our toll free number (954) 726-5434 to request that your information be deleted from our database. For future transactions, you will be required to re-enter your information.
All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected.

Newsletter
Lynn Computer Products may send you our quarterly newsletter. Our newsletters are sent only to customers who order from Lynn Computer Products. Lynn Computer Products does not share your information with third parties and does not solicit outside parties to send special offers on our behalf.
Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Furthermore, our newsletters are sent via e-mail and have a "remove link" if you wish to no longer receive the news. Otherwise, customers may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals or news. Please see our choice and opt-out below for further details of how to be removed from our mailing list.

Lynn Computer Products does not use customer’s information for contact other than Lynn Computer Products pertinent business.

Notification of Changes
If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
Pricing Policy
Our policy on prices is as follows: Prices are effective on the day of ordering if an item is shipped within 4 business days. If an item is backordered longer than this, the order will be shipped at the current price as of the date of billing, which is no sooner than 48 hours prior to the shipping date, in accordance with our merchant charge card agreement. Advance order prices are not guaranteed and may change, if prices increase we will contact you about change in price before shipping. Billing Policy
Your order will be shipped at the current price at the time of ordering using Paypal/Verisign credit card processing. Advance orders are authorized but not deposited until within 48 hours of shipping at the future current prices. Any state sales tax/custom duties charged to us by the vendor for your order will be billed to you after the fact, and is due and payable by your state sales tax laws. Special order items may require a 20% deposit before ordering. American Express credit card payments may delay your order 2-3 days.
Refunds/Credits
Policy
You may receive a full refund or credit if an item purchased is return to us
complete and intact within 14 days of date shipped unless there is a
price cut during this time and you will get refund of the current selling price
on date received back here. Otherwise there will be a
refund in the amount of the sales price - 20% restocking fee, or the current sales price,
which ever is less. This may apply to defective parts also if they are returned
in less than new condition, etc. There are no refunds after 30 days only, sorry.
Returned Micron memory may be charged a 20% restocking fee per the
Micron return policy regardless of date returned. Special order items,
custom built laptops may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Orders refunded on
American Express cards will have 3% restocking charges regardless of refund date
in addition to any other charges.
Refunds or credits do not normally include shipping charges to return products to us.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders must be canceled 48 hours prior to shipping date otherwise customer will be responsible for shipping charges if order ships after cancellation. Order should be canceled by email to us below so we can confirm your cancellation. and include your invoice name or number. Thanks!
Order Acceptance Policy
The order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.
After you place an order, Lynn Computer Products will determine whether or not to fill the order, and Lynn Computer Products may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, including Lynn Computer Products's terms and conditions of sale.
Lynn Computer Products reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree that Lynn Computer Products's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Lynn Computer Products for the product giving rise to Lynn Computer Products's liability.
