SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated as flat rate for the 48 US states for FedEx and UPS and for 50 states including APO/FPO addresses with US Postal Service. Shipping costs include shipping, handling, packaging and insurance charges. A shipping firm is used for all UPS and FedEx packages and accounts for the extra cost. Packages are sent FOB sender and customer is responsible for collecting insurance claims, however we will handle it when feasible. Multiple items are shipped by actual weight, and your shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. We reserve the right to change the method of shipping to expediate a shipment, of course at no extra cost. All packages must be signed for, no packages will be left on the door step, on the back porch, with neighbors, etc. to preserve our insurance claim rights.
Sorry we are NOT shipping international at this time except to Canada and military APO/FPO. Canada customers are responsible for all duties and taxes charged to us by Canada, and all shipping charges incurred by us. You may be billed later after we are billed by the courier. We also do NOT drop ship orders to Canada. Thanks for your understanding. We also do not accept international credit card from a non US or Canada bank because the billing address can't be verified.
COD orders are acceptable only with FedEx with a $8.50 COD charge added to order. NOTE: Any COD order refused that had not been canceled prior to shipping will result in the billing of shipping and COD charges to the receiver, and NO future orders will be accepted until payment is made.

NOTE: Shipping to a different address other than the card holder's billing address require address verification to protect the card holder. Please fax or email a photo copy of your drivers license and credit card, or credit card statement to 954 726-4610 or email us below. You can also give us your credit card's customer service number if your shipping address is on file with them. Thanks for your cooperation to prevent credit card fraud.
